This is the first step we approach clients through many different forms. Also in this first process, we need to understand each client’s needs such as budget, preferences, consumer behaviour, shopping behaviour and so on. The clarification of the needs at the first step helps our team to select many product categories based on client segments. Besides, this is also a step for us to impress our clients not only with the available services but also the interaction, enthusiasm and hospitality from our side.

This is the step that we understand clearly the needs and wants of our clients. Then we will look for suitable products for the segment to help clients have more choices. During this process we will contact stakeholders such as the landlord, building management and so on for a face-to-face appointment so that the client can consider the many options we have offered.

Next is the third step, this is the step to negotiate between related parties to come to a complete contract to meet the desired needs. We will ensure clear legal work to uphold the rights and responsibilities of both parties. However, the signing of the contract will take place in a transparent, comfortable and public manner.

Signing the contract is not the last task for us. After signing, we must maintain the rights and obligations of the related parties to avoid conflicts during the term of the contract. Besides, we also consult from homeowners and clients to improve service quality. In addition to supporting clients on service-related issues, we will also be happy to assist.
